Focuses: Alleviate pain in your muscles, joints, and bones through targeted movements shown to decrease inflammation and restore elasticity.

These classes are designed for individuals looking for something convenient, flexible, and impactful.
Juggling all aspects of life can be incredibly difficult. Getting to an in-person yoga class can take an additional 20-40 minutes of time for some individuals which is why I developed a powerful weekly duo of virtual classes that target 80 % of the complaints I hear from most of my clients- joint mobility and core strength.

1:1 Mobility Training
This service is perfect for anyone looking to increase their overall mobility, learn about their current flexibility limits, and use safe and effective methods to expand their mobility limits in the muscular and fascial systems using yogic techniques and breathing.
This is ideal for anyone with a manual labor job, anyone who finds that their body is in constant discomfort/ pain, and anyone who wants to get back into an active lifestyle but does not know where to begin.
Cost: $80/hour
1:1 Advanced Movement Training
This is perfect for anyone looking to take the next step in their yogic journey or gain strength in a way that lifting weights simply cannot. These training sessions focus on building body strength that aids in various arm balances, balancing postures, and difficult yoga/ dance/ and martial arts sequencing.
If you are a beginner, this is a fantastic way for you to learn what muscles to engage in various poses and how to do so in a safe way that helps you grow in your personal practice. There are NO prerequisites for these sessions. Come as you are and we will build from there.

Get personalized attention to help you learn how to build your strength and mobility in a strategic, sustainable way. Receive:
90 minute sessions where we use myofascial release, yogic movement, and targeted stretching to help you improve your mobility.
Access to all the class recordings so you can continue to put in practice what you learn in each session
Access to Katy throughout the program for any questions you might have and for extra video tutorials in between sessions if you need them
A 45 minute virtual consultation before your program starts to identify your movement goals so Katy can target what you want to work on and design the sessions in a clear, effective way.
